| After researching and trying the product myself, I found this product to be easy to use. I used it on Windows XP had no problem. Any other person who may have had problems probably did not take the five seconds it takes to read directions. Device must be charged for at least 4 hours with the usb plug (included) into a powered-on computer. I unplugged the device then install the software provided and after complete installation I plugged in device again and ran the PhotoViewer program. You need to select images from disk (first icon to right of browser window -brings up browser window). Then click "add the images" second icon to right of browser window. Once you see pics in "device" window click download images icon on the right side of the Device window. |

| Great Product - well worth the money! Loading the software was easy, but getting it to work was a bit tricky. I found that you cannot open the software unless the picture frame is plugged into the USB port. Had a class reunion and it was great to carry around in my pocket to show pictures! |

The driver software does not work. I tried on Windows XP (2 machines) and Mac OS X. None works for far.

| I bought this as a gift for my mother, and have tried on four different computers to download pictures to it. The instructions are obtuse and impossible to understand, and every computer says the Coby must be formatted before it can be used, but then says it can't be formatted. It's useless, and a total waste of money. |

| My daughter received this as a xmas gift and I too have experienced the same problems. When it's plugged into either one of my computers, it says it needs formatted and then my computers states they can not format it. Also, after I download the software and then click on it, my computer says it can not find it?? I went to Coby to download the software and the samething occurs. So,the software doesn't work on Windows XP or Vista - waste of my father-in-laws money. |
